Constellations: Speed Connections

Making new connections can feel difficult.
We've added a little structure to make it easier.
Spark new friendships or dating connections — all from the comfort of home.

Join host Clara Fang for a series of short, guided conversations with other adults.
You'll rotate between different participants and be given conversation prompts, so there's no pressure to come up with what to talk about.

We are offering two sessions:

6:00 – 6:45 PM EST – Primarily for adults in their 20s & 30s

7:00 – 7:45 PM EST – Primarily for adults in their 40s & 50s

Choose the session where you feel most comfortable.
The age ranges are intended as a guide, not a strict rule.

After the event, you’ll be asked to follow a link to our website where you can privately let us know who you'd like to get to know better — for “friendship,” “dating,” or “both.” As always, if the interest is mutual (both people say “yes” to being connected) we'll help you exchange contact information.
There's no pressure to ask anyone for their phone number during the event.

Constellations members may sign-up in the member portal.
Non-members may purchase a ticket here. Limited non-member tickets available.

Unmasked: A Curated Coaching Experience

Unmasked: A Curated Coaching Experience

An Invitation-Only Group Coaching Experience for Neurodivergent Singles led by Kate Inez Harrington

Most of us were never taught how to build authentic relationships.
We were encouraged to fit in as much as possible.

Unmasked is a three-hour group coaching experience for neurodivergent singles.
It’s ideal for adults who are willing to step outside their comfort zone to better understand themselves, challenge limiting beliefs, relate more genuinely to people they don't know well, and represent themselves more authentically in friendships + dating.

Participants are thoughtfully selected to create a group with similar communication styles, levels of independence, relationship goals, and life experiences.

This isn't speed dating. It isn't therapy. And it isn't a lecture.

Instead, you'll participate in a series of thoughtfully designed coaching exercises, partner activities, and group experiences that encourage curiosity, vulnerability, emotional awareness, and genuine connection. You'll practice asking better questions, listening more intentionally, giving and receiving meaningful feedback, and discovering how your habits, limiting beliefs, and communication style influence the connections you build.

What is shared in Unmasked stays in Unmasked.
Every participant will sign a confidentiality agreement before the experience begins to help create an environment of trust and respect.

Your Experience Includes:

  • A 20-minute Pre-Experience Call to discuss your goals, answer questions, and help you prepare.

  • A three-hour immersive group coaching experience led by Kate Inez Harrington + lunch.

Participation is by invitation only and begins with a brief application. Apply below.

Constellations members may participate at no cost, but still must apply.
Not a member? Please apply below. If selected, the non-member investment is $299.

Skip the small talk and join fellow single Constellations members for an evening of meaningful conversation led by Kate Inez Harrington.

We'll use "Big Talk" prompts — the opposite of small talk — to explore thoughtful questions about life, relationships, values, hopes, and experiences. The goal isn't to impress anyone or have the perfect answer, but to get to know one another in a more genuine way.

Come curious, be yourself, and share only what feels comfortable.

This event is exclusively for invited Constellations members.

Constellations Series: Friendship Skills (Week Two)

Last month, we discussed Rejection Sensitivity. This month, we’ll explore Friendship Skills.
Join us every Thursday evening in July on Zoom.
Each session will include a mix of brief teaching, self-reflection exercises, and low-pressure discussion.

Week 2: Finding Your People

Once you understand what works for you, the next step is finding people who are actually compatible with you. Not every friendship is meant to work — and that's okay.

This week, we'll explore the difference between shared interests and shared values, where adults realistically make friends, and how to identify communities where you're most likely to find your people. We'll also discuss practical strategies for navigating special interest groups, meetups, and other social situations without feeling overwhelmed.

The goal isn't to meet more people. It's to meet the right people.

Constellations Series: Beyond Rejection Sensitivity

This series is free for Constellations‍ ‍members. Please sign up through the member portal.
Not a member? You're welcome to join us by registering through Eventbrite.

Join us every Monday evening in June on Zoom.
This month, we’ll explore rejection sensitivity and practical strategies for responding to it with greater self-compassion.

Many adults experience intense emotional reactions to criticism, exclusion, conflict, disappointment, or perceived rejection. These experiences can drastically affect self-esteem, the quality of our connections, how we communicate, and our willingness to take social risks and reach our interpersonal goals.

Each session will include a mix of brief teaching, self-reflection exercises, and low-pressure group discussion designed to help participants better understand their experiences and develop practical coping strategies.

Week 1: Understanding Rejection Sensitivity
Why can criticism, exclusion, ghosting, and perceived rejection feel so overwhelming? We'll explore what rejection sensitivity is, how it develops, and what happens in our minds and bodies when we experience social pain.

Week 2: From Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion
Many of us become our own harshest critics after making mistakes, experiencing rejection, or feeling different from those around us. We'll discuss ways to challenge self-critical thinking and develop a kinder relationship with ourselves.

Week 3: Building Safe Connections
What makes someone a safe friend, partner, or community member? We'll explore trust, reciprocity, boundaries, pacing, and how to identify relationships that help us feel respected, accepted, and valued.

Week 4: Confidence, Authenticity, and Belonging
Many neurodivergent adults spend years trying to fit in. This session focuses on embracing your strengths and differences, communicating your needs, and building a life that feels authentic rather than exhausting.

Week 5: Free Discussion

You're welcome to join us for one discussion or all four.
Participants will receive discussion notes and additional resources following each session.

Join us on Zoom to learn about the risks of oversharing and moving too quickly with new friendships/dating.

Many people get excited when they meet someone they like, but sharing too much too quickly can often backfire on us.
It can feel overwhelming or intense for the other person — even when we don’t mean it that way.

During our discussion, we’ll explore how trust should be built over time and what healthy pacing looks like in relationships.
We’ll also talk about how to notice whether a conversation feel balanced and mutual and how to stay open and authentic without putting pressure on a new connection.
