Constellations Series: Friendship Skills (Week One)

Last month, we discussed Rejection Sensitivity. This month, we’ll explore Friendship Skills.
Join us every Thursday evening in July on Zoom.
Each session will include a mix of brief teaching, self-reflection exercises, and low-pressure discussion.

Week 1: Understanding Your Friendship Style

Before we focus on making new friends, we'll start by understanding you.
We'll explore how neurodivergence can shape friendship, the impact of masking and social exhaustion, how to better understand your social battery, and what you actually want from the people in your life. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer picture of the kinds of relationships that energize you, the ones that drain you, and what you're truly looking for in friendship.
