Constellations
Constellations is a neurodivergent-affirming membership that supports adults in building friendships and romantic relationships.
It is designed for those who want thoughtful pacing and guidance — without the timeline or cost of a full-service matchmaking package.
“Our team hears from adults across the United States who are looking for support with dating, friendship, and feeling less alone.
For a long time, we were only able to work with a small number of private clients. That meant many who reached out didn’t have a clear next step.
With Constellations, we’ve created a more accessible and affordable way to connect — while still offering care and guidance through our member portal and coaching resources.”

How We Approach Dating
Clarity is Kindness
We encourage clear and honest communication.
This means saying what you feel, what you want, and when something does not feel right.
Avoiding these conversations may feel easier at first, but it often leads to confusion or hurt later.
Being clear helps both people understand each other and respect each other’s boundaries.
Slow is Safe
Getting to know someone takes time.
We encourage our community to move slowly so they can notice how someone communicates, follows through, and treats them over time.
This helps you figure out if someone is kind, reliable, and safe to be around.
There is no need to rush into decisions. Taking things step by step helps build trust and leads to better, more stable relationships.
Pressure is Poison
When someone feels rushed, overwhelmed, or pushed, it becomes harder to connect and make good decisions.
We do not rush people into conversations, dates, or relationships.
You are allowed to take your time.
If something feels urgent, that is a sign to pause.
Healthy connection should feel calm, respectful, and not pressured.
Parent Consultation
If you are a parent, guardian, or support person, we invite you to schedule a consultation.
This is a space to learn how Constellations works, ask questions, and align on communication, support, and expectations — while keeping your loved one’s independence at the center.
