Summer Farewell Postponed

“Unfortunately, we’ve had to postpone our Summer Farewell this weekend due to stormy weather.
We’re disappointed, but recognize that we can’t control the weather! If you signed up, don’t worry.
We’re already working on a new plan and will reach out next week with the details.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. We hope to celebrate the end of summer with you soon!”

Men's Roundtable

An online discussion group for neurodivergent men

A facilitated space for open discussion about dating, relationships, friendship, and connection. Topics may include attraction, rejection, loneliness, boundaries, changing expectations, and the realities of trying to connect with other people. Led by a male facilitator, the Roundtable welcomes honest questions and different perspectives while encouraging healthy, respectful views of relationships.

Note: This gathering is best suited for neurodivergent men who are generally independent in their day-to-day lives — for example, living independently, working, or supporting themselves — but may find neurotypical dating and friendship spaces difficult to navigate. Participants should be able to participate in a reciprocal group discussion: listening to different perspectives, making room for others to speak, avoiding frequent interruptions or monopolizing discussion, and responding appropriately to facilitator redirection.

Big Talk: Singles Edition

Skip the small talk and make room for something more meaningful.

Join a small group of fellow single Constellations members for an evening of genuine conversation, thoughtfully guided by Kate Inez Harrington.

There’s no pressure to impress or have the perfect answer.
Come as you are, stay curious, and share only what feels comfortable.

To help create a comfortable group with opportunities for meaningful connection, each Big Talk gathering is curated by the Constellations team based on factors such as age range, relationship goals, values, and other areas of compatibility.

*Full* Unmasked: A Curated Coaching Experience

We do not have remaining spots open for this gathering.

An Invitation-Only Group Coaching Experience for Neurodivergent Singles led by Kate Inez Harrington

Most of us were never taught how to build authentic relationships.
We were encouraged to fit in as much as possible.

Unmasked is a three-hour group coaching experience for neurodivergent singles.
It’s ideal for adults who are willing to step outside their comfort zone to better understand themselves, challenge limiting beliefs, relate more genuinely to people they don't know well, and represent themselves more authentically in friendships + dating.

Participants are thoughtfully selected to create a group with similar communication styles, levels of independence, relationship goals, and life experiences.

This isn't speed dating. It isn't therapy. And it isn't a lecture.

Instead, you'll participate in a series of thoughtfully designed coaching exercises, partner activities, and group experiences that encourage curiosity, vulnerability, emotional awareness, and genuine connection. You'll practice asking better questions, listening more intentionally, giving and receiving meaningful feedback, and discovering how your habits, limiting beliefs, and communication style influence the connections you build.

What is shared in Unmasked stays in Unmasked.
Every participant will sign a confidentiality agreement before the experience begins to help create an environment of trust and respect.

Your Experience Includes:

  • A 20-minute Pre-Experience Call to discuss your goals, answer questions, and help you prepare.

  • A three-hour immersive group coaching experience led by Kate Inez Harrington + lunch.

Participation is by invitation only and begins with a brief application. Apply below.

Constellations members may participate at no cost (we include one group coaching intensive with each annual membership), but still must apply.
Not a member? Please apply by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
If selected, the non-member investment is $299.

Spend your Saturday afternoon enjoying light refreshments, music and karaoke, and relaxed conversation with Constellations members and guests.

Swimming is completely optional — don’t worry, you won't be the only person who chooses to stay dry. There's no pressure to socialize in any particular way, and you're welcome to participate at whatever pace feels best for you.

This event is neurodivergent + ADA-friendly.
Space is limited, and we'd love to celebrate the close of summer with you.

Speed Connections: Friendship & Dating

Making new connections can feel difficult.
We've added a little structure to make it easier.
Spark new friendships or dating connections — all from the comfort of home.

Join host Clara Fang for a series of short, guided conversations with other adults.
You'll rotate between different participants and be given conversation prompts, so there's no pressure to come up with what to talk about.

After the event, you’ll be asked to in a follow-up to privately let us know who you'd like to get to know better — for “friendship,” “dating,” or “both.” As always, if the interest is mutual (both people say “yes” to being connected) we'll help you exchange contact information.
There's no pressure to ask anyone for their phone number during the event.

August Member Bonus: Complimentary Coaching Sessions

This August, we're offering a limited number of complimentary virtual coaching sessions.

August tends to be a quieter month in major cities like the Washington, D.C. metro area, where many of our members live. People are traveling, heading to the beach, spending time visiting with family — or simply staying inside and enjoying the air conditioning!

A quieter month can also be a good time to check in with yourself.
As summer winds down, how are you feeling about your goals for 2026?
Is there something you'd like help working through before fall begins?

Normally, one-on-one coaching is available for an additional fee to your Constellations membership.
This August, we're offering a limited number of complimentary virtual coaching sessions with Kate, Robin, Terrence and/or Sophie. You can use your session to talk about dating, friendships, communication or social goals.

There is no additional cost for these sessions, but space is limited.
Please choose one complimentary session per person.

If all appointments are taken, check back!
We may add more times, and spots may open up if someone cancels.
Click here to view what’s currently available.

If you’re interested in more ongoing, personalized support, you can add a 1:1 coaching package to your Constellations membership. Email us at member@harringtonmatchmaking.com to learn more.

Authentic Relating: Men's Circle (In-Person)

Authentic Relating is a structured group experience for those who want deeper connections and more meaningful conversations. Instead of making small talk, participants are guided through simple activities and conversation prompts that help everyone connect in a respectful, supportive way.

We're excited to share this Authentic Relating: Men's Circle, hosted by Constellations member Clara Fang.

If you've been feeling lonely, isolated, or disconnected, this may be a meaningful experience. The facilitator guides the group through simple activities and conversation prompts, giving everyone an equal chance to speak, listen, and be heard. You only share what feels comfortable.

This is not a Constellations event, but we think many of our members may enjoy it. Clara will also be facilitating an Authentic Relating experience for the Constellations community later this year, so this is an opportunity to see what it's all about. This week, we'll explore the difference between shared interests and shared values, where adults realistically make friends, and how to identify communities where you're most likely to find your people. We'll also discuss practical strategies for navigating special interest groups, meetups, and other social situations without feeling overwhelmed.

The goal isn't to meet more people. It's to meet the right people.

Closing Discussion: Moving Beyond Rejection Sensitivity

Closing Discussion: Moving Beyond Rejection Sensitivity

This is our final session of our Constellations Series: Beyond Rejection Sensitivity.
We encourage participants to reflect on our discussions and share their goals moving forward.

Original Series Description:

Join us every Monday evening in June on Zoom.
This month, we’ll explore rejection sensitivity and practical strategies for responding to it with greater self-compassion.

Many adults experience intense emotional reactions to criticism, exclusion, conflict, disappointment, or perceived rejection. These experiences can drastically affect self-esteem, the quality of our connections, how we communicate, and our willingness to take social risks and reach our interpersonal goals.

Each session will include a mix of brief teaching, self-reflection exercises, and low-pressure group discussion designed to help participants better understand their experiences and develop practical coping strategies.

Week 1: Understanding Rejection Sensitivity
Why can criticism, exclusion, ghosting, and perceived rejection feel so overwhelming? We'll explore what rejection sensitivity is, how it develops, and what happens in our minds and bodies when we experience social pain.

Week 2: From Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion
Many of us become our own harshest critics after making mistakes, experiencing rejection, or feeling different from those around us. We'll discuss ways to challenge self-critical thinking and develop a kinder relationship with ourselves.

Week 3: Building Safe Connections
What makes someone a safe friend, partner, or community member? We'll explore trust, reciprocity, boundaries, pacing, and how to identify relationships that help us feel respected, accepted, and valued.

Week 4: Confidence, Authenticity, and Belonging
Many neurodivergent adults spend years trying to fit in. This session focuses on embracing your strengths and differences, communicating your needs, and building a life that feels authentic rather than exhausting.

Week 5: Closing Discussion
We encourage participants to reflect on our discussions and share their goals moving forward.

This series is free for Constellations‍ ‍members. Please sign up through the member portal.

Discussion: Friendly vs. Friendship

In this discussion, we’ll talk about the difference between someone being friendly and someone wanting to actually build a close friendship or relationship.

Sometimes people are kind, talkative, or friendly but that does not always mean they want to become close to us. This can feel confusing in social situations.

We’ll talk about signs of mutual interest, how connections usually grow over time, and how to avoid misunderstandings about someone’s intentions.

Discussion: Are you connecting … or overwhelming?

Join us on Zoom to learn about the risks of oversharing and moving too quickly with new friendships/dating.

Many people get excited when they meet someone they like, but sharing too much too quickly can often backfire on us.
It can feel overwhelming or intense for the other person — even when we don’t mean it that way.

During our discussion, we’ll explore how trust should be built over time.
We’ll also talk about how to notice whether a conversation feel balanced and mutual and how to stay open and authentic without putting pressure on a new connection.
