Authentic Relating is a structured group experience for those who want deeper connections and more meaningful conversations. Instead of making small talk, participants are guided through simple activities and conversation prompts that help everyone connect in a respectful, supportive way.

We're excited to share this Authentic Relating: Men's Circle, hosted by Constellations member Clara Fang.

If you've been feeling lonely, isolated, or disconnected, this may be a meaningful experience. The facilitator guides the group through simple activities and conversation prompts, giving everyone an equal chance to speak, listen, and be heard. You only share what feels comfortable.

This is not a Constellations event, but we think many of our members may enjoy it. Clara will also be facilitating an Authentic Relating experience for the Constellations community later this year, so this is an opportunity to see what it's all about.
