What to Expect
The Singles Database questionnaire has about 35 questions. It can’t be saved and finished later, so it needs to be completed in one sitting.
Every question is listed below so you can think about your answers ahead of time. That way, the form itself goes quickly.

Your own, or the email of a family member or support person who has agreed to pay the $350 fee.
A quiet 20 minutes
